All packages are shipped worldwide via United States Post Office.  

Every order is insured for free up to fifty dollars.  If your package totals more than $50.00 you have the option of insuring your box for a fee.  

If you live some place where it's not safe for the postal worker to leave your package when you're not available then you may want to add a signature request on your package for a small fee before checking out! 

Make sure your order states that it has been shipped before you begin tracking.  Please give us 1 to 7 days to receive, process and ship your products if you're within the United States unless there is a large sale, then we ask you to allow us 1 to 10 days.  International orders could take 1 to 14 days to receive, process, ship and deliver.   

All of our products are handmade fresh per order as we do serve both retail and wholesale orders together.
